Hi, my name is Katie, and I love books. A recent college graduate with a double major in English and Secondary Education, I've been running the _katie.reads Instagram page since February 2019. After two publishing internships, an assistant job for the Poet Laureate of Virginia, and experience teaching high school English, my love for literature has only grown. After teaching 8th grade English, I am now teaching AP Language and Composition, US Literature, and yearbook.
